When it comes to money, one of the most important things you can do for the people you love is to make sure they’d have what they need, if (and when!) something happens to you. Death is our one collective common denominator. It will happen to all of us, eventually. And injury, illness or accident can happen in a moment. Being prepared is one of the greatest gifts you can give to the people you love.

In service, I have created a resource to support you to create a treasure map of sorts for the people you love: an inventory of everything you have, where it is, and how they can find it, when something happens to you. And, a training on how to create the map + clear direction on the legal planning steps you need to take to keep your loved one’s out of the court system, and out of conflict, when it matters most. I very rarely work with private clients these days as I am focused on growing a company that trains lawyers and other advisors on a New Law Business Model I created to provide you with the trusted legal, insurance, financial and tax support your family and business needs.

When I do work with private clients, I charge $33,000 upfront + a minimum of $5,000 per month for ongoing for strategic, eyes wide open counsel, legal, insurance, financial, and tax (LIFT) advising.

I don’t track my time, or bill by the hour. When I work with clients, it’s as a strategic life and business advisor to support your eyes wide open LIFT decision-making. For those who want my counsel, but cannot yet afford my private services, I offer a low-cost membership, called Eyes Wide Open Life.

And, I also offer a LIFT training program for business owners that will give you what you need to understand the legal, insurance, financial and tax decisions you are making as you grow your business, and support you to find and work with the right advisors.

As a business owner and leader, it’s your job to know what you don’t know when it comes to the legal, insurance, financial and tax (LIFT) parts of your business.
