What does “living the dream”
really mean?

Best-selling book, living in Costa Rica half the year, a $10M company  … all of that is the dream, right?

It is now, but it wasn’t ten years ago when I had created a version of this that looked quite similar from the outside, but was a living nightmare on the inside.

What’s the difference between all I’ve created now and what I had created then?

Why did I walk away from all of it – much the same as what I have now, by the way – a bit more than 10 years ago, move to a farm and file BK?

Only to rebuild it all today, same in many ways on the outside, yet so very different on the inside.

The difference this time is who I be as I do it.

Watch my insta reel from this week about the contrast to get a glimpse.

Your come from is everything.

I was coming from scarcity, fear, not enoughness, money dysmorphia, wetiko, shame, hiding, blaming, deep victim consciousness.

I had to heal it to be able to create from a new place.

Gratitude consciousness, self-responsibility, self-trust, true worth and true wealth, share the wealth, enough for me and everyone, trust, trust, trust  … practical magic, seeing the bigger picture, knowing who I am, why I’m here and what’s mine to do.

From this place, I know I can make it through anything and everything. It’s all here for me. Especially the hard stuff. I just need to learn.

And I will.

And I do.

So I can teach.

How else do we evolve?

Don’t get too caught up in the circumstances of the bank failures and the AI that’s coming  … they are gifts for your evolution. Don’t ignore them. Just hold them in right relationship as an opportunity here for you rather than to take anything at all away from you.

Will you choose to see them as such?

The American Dream is yours to create, as a creator of the economy.

As a creator of your community.

As a leader of your life.

You are so powerful.

If it feels like a nightmare, change the lens you are looking through and find the dream  …

In service to supporting you to do just that, I’m going to be re-recording the We Create the Economy Intensive next week. We will re-release it in late April.

In the meantime, here’s a link to pick up the Enough Course for just $33. Get it now, as I’ll be increasing the investment once I upgrade the intensive and start running ads to it.

It’s all evolving. So glad to have you along for the ride.

To your eyes (and heart) wide open,
Ali Katz

PS. I get a lot of people who want to “pick my brain” and ask me questions. I have a membership for that. It’s here. You get weekly coaching with me + a private FB group with a super awesome group of people (mostly women, and some smart men) … and all of my programs included. If you want free, you can go back through the We Create the Economy Intensive, wait for my podcast coming out soon, read my books, or join a free masterclass. Getting my eyes and heart on your business = paid.

Will I See You in Austin?

I’m Coming Back from Costa Rica to Attend the INC23 Event in Austin … Here’s Why ….

I’m at a stage of my life where I could just move to Costa Rica, and give up on the US altogether, but doing that would be an abdication of my responsibility and leadership.

But, I’m not doing that. Yes, I will build community in Costa Rica, and I will also show up for my responsibility in the US.

If you want to understand more about what I am seeing regarding our responsibility, as well as the opportunity, duty and obligation as leaders, you can watch the recording of my presentation to my lawyer community about independent civic stewardship, and skip to 13:33 here

Everything I spoke to the lawyers about on this masterclass is relevant to each and every professional … we have a massive opportunity to make real change in our communities, and be the leaders we came here to be.

Watch, listen, and get inspired to get into relationship with people who you can unite with to create the change you want to see in the world.

Then, if you’d like to join me in Austin, you can do so in one of two ways:

  1. If you are a lawyer or really any kind of professional who wants to leverage civic stewardship to build your client base and replace your networking and marketing costs with something far more meaningful, sign up here and come to the “Get Clients With Civic Stewardship Workshop” PLUS the Inc23 event. Use code pfl50off to take 50% off your ticket price.

  2. If you just want to attend INC and not work on your business with me, you can get your tickets here directly from INC23.

Either way, I’d love to see you there.

PS. While this event LOOKS political, if you think this is about “politics” and is too polarizing or doesn’t align with YOUR politics, please listen to the recording — we need you more than ever to see that politics isn’t what we’ve been told it is, and doesn’t have to be polarizing, but instead uniting. Specifically, listen at 24:11, 24:40 and 36:33, please. This matters.

Beyond Sales Strategies: Imagine Having a High Value Service that

Sells Itself

March 21st at 11 AM ET/ 8 AM PT Can’t make it live? Register and get the recording.

Sales are a critical component of your business. And, without a high value service, it doesn’t matter how great your sales strategies are… you either won’t sell or you’ll feel terrible about it when you do. Consider how great it would be to have a high value service that sells itself. In this FREE Live Masterclass, I’m going to lay all the details out for you. When you attend you’ll learn:

  • How to create a high value service that is priced and packaged so you can deliver it with support, and do not have to try to do everything alone just to save money…having the right technology and a team lets you scale, and that costs $$—with the right high value service, you can pay for it.

  • The secrets of effective intake and engagement systems that result in at least 80% of the people you meet with hiring you and paying you in full for your services

  • A proven system for educating your community so that you are omnipresent, seen everywhere by the people you love to serve—and seen as a respected expert/authority

  • How to leverage tech and AI to get extremely efficient so you can have the time to create more connection with your clients

  • How to not only retain, but continuously grow your book of business by providing your clients with the connection they want, expanding your emotional IQ, and offering a lifetime of relational support that can never be replaced by AI

On CultureShift, I spoke about how to frame the conversation when you’re ready to talk money with the people you love. I fielded questions from callers asking about estate planning, special needs trusts, how to avoid probate, and if you should list beneficiaries on your bank accounts or if there’s a better way. As you listen in you’ll realize that we always inherit something whether it’s a mess, or debt, or family wealth resources properly passed on. Creating an inventory of your assets, a Personal Resource Map, is one of the first steps we all should take. Find out more by listening to the recording here!

In this interview, I help you think about what you have… because we all have something that will need to be taken care of after we pass away. Maybe you’re a musician with a library of music you’ve created or an artist and your art may be worth money after you die. I discuss the lessons we can learn from how Bob Ross handled his affairs before he died. I encourage you to look at what we have as a family and to talk about what is “enough” and do we have “enough.” She gives insight into talking to lawyers, getting your planning in place at 18, and disclosing who your decision maker will be while you’re still alive. Actions like this are how we can face death with our eyes wide open instead of avoiding the topic. Listen here!
